Sean Hall started practicing yoga in 2009 around the age of 27 ultimately as a way to overcome some injuries. After some time practicing, he decided to embark on a teacher training program. Teaching yoga is a great passion for Sean because it not only gives him a chance to spread the teachings of yoga but also helps him better understand his own practice. Yoga has transformed him energetically and has been a segue into other healthy lifestyle choices. His motto for yoga is, “learn how to breathe while under those moments of stress and you can overcome anything!”
