Join Alicia for this workshop centered around the heart! In this workshop, you will leave with a deeper understanding of the power of gratitude and how to improve contentment in your daily life. In addition to a gentle heart-centered yoga practice, you will learn the science behind gratitude and why a daily gratitude practice improves wellbeing. We will focus on gratitude as part of a daily routine, and ways to use meditation and mantra to support wellbeing. We will discuss using gratitude to deal with life challenges and the impact it has on happiness. All levels of practitioners are welcome!
