Holiday Family Yoga

Come celebrate the holiday season with instructor Liz Tenenbaum (RYR-200) and daughter, Ada, for an afternoon of yoga fun! The class will include kid-friendly breathing techniques, holiday-inspired yoga poses and sequences, storytime, crafts and a snack. Parents/guardians can join in on the fun as their little elves transform Tuladhara Yoga studio into their own Winter Wonderland!
Holiday “yoga-friendly” attire is welcome but not required. The class is geared towards ages 2-8 but all age groups are welcome.
Cost: $20/pair and $5 each additional family member
Additional child cost: $5
