Yoga is a powerful practice of transformation. But that transformation isn’t about becoming something else, it is a journey back to your true self. Yoga provides us a method to peel back the layers of struggle that get in our way and help us to truly realize our goals, desires and how we want to show up in the world.
We will explore several areas of the eight limbs of yoga.
Asana— Through the physical practice of yoga, stretch and strengthen your body beyond your perceived limitations.
Pranayama- Breath awareness and control. Use the breath to cleanse the mind and body.
Dyana- Meditation. Calm your mind. Bring focus, strength, and peace to your internal world.
We will ask you to declare an intention — what do you want to change, what do you want to create? It would be anything! Over the 5 Weeks, we’ll help guide you in making that intention a reality.
Here’s how the evolution works:
-All meetings will be weekly on Fridays from 7:15-8:15
-Starts on Friday, January 4th. Celebration meeting January 25th
– Get paired with a buddy who you’ll check-in with throughout the series. Motivate each other! Challenge one another!
– A weekly email that invites you to examine a specific part of your intention throughout the week. This is just for you, but you’re encouraged to share it.
– Be a part of the Facebook group where participants can share experiences, struggles, and breakthroughs.
-4 community gatherings
-Readings and home study assignments
-Unlimited Practice at Tuladhara (Program will ask that you practice at least 5 days per week.
