Join Kristi Fischer from Kidding Around Yoga for a special class designed to give you and your little one an introduction to yoga in a fun, playful, child-centered way. We will enjoy songs, dances, stories, and yoga poses together and will practice breathing and relaxing. You and your child will have fun bonding and exploring the world of yoga together! Adult participation is required.
