The Art Of Breathing (Pranayama) and Meditation Workshop
With Sona Buchanan

Join Sona in exploring breathing and meditation techniques and learn about the benefits of these practices in an accessible and beginner-friendly environment. We will uncover the “why” behind breathing techniques such as Ujjayi and alternate nostril breathing. We will also introduce you to meditation practices such as walking and seated meditation and finish with a guided body scan meditation to help relax your mind and body.
