Our 300-hour advanced teacher training is a transformational, next-level experience for certified yoga teachers ready to go deeper into the heart of yoga—both in study and in service. A Flexible, Modular Approach That Meets You Where You Are
Starting in January 2026, our 300-hour training is modular and customizable, allowing you to move through the curriculum at your own pace while still receiving expert instruction, personal mentorship, and community connection.
You’ll complete a blend of required core modules and elective modules, along with:

A final learning project

Prerequisite: Must have completed a 200-hour training
Schedule: Modules vary, usually weekends
Location: In-person at our beautiful studio spaces in Lakewood, Tacoma, and Gig Harbor. There will be homework and practiced assigned during non class time.
