ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

Prenatal, Mini and Me, Kids classes, and Tween and Teen events!

Yoga is beneficial for all stages of our lives! Whether you are pregnant, a new mom, or have a teen at home, we have great yoga classes for all ages! All of our family yoga teachers have been specially certified to teach prenatal, kids, and family classes making these classes fun and engaging for every age!

Prenatal Yoga Classes

No matter where you are in your pregnancy, taking time to move mindfully is a gift to both you and your baby. Prenatal yoga is a welcoming, compassionate class for women at any point in their pregnancy. Build strength, relieve stress, and take time for yourself while reducing some of the physical discomforts that often arise during this time. Connect with your growing baby and other parents to be, embrace your changing body and prepare for delivery while learning how to adapt your yoga practice safely.

Mini and Me Classes

Join us for a special class designed to give you and your little one an introduction to yoga in a fun, playful, child-centered way. We will enjoy songs, dances, stories, and yoga poses together and will practice breathing and relaxing. You and your child will have fun bonding and exploring the world of yoga together! Adult participation is required.
Ages: 2-4 years & their special person

Kids Yoga Series

Join us for a 4-week series of kids classes that bring in all the elements of yoga – breathing, postures, philosophy, and meditation – in a way that is fun and relatable to children. We will use engaging songs, games, and other activities to share yoga while helping the kids find more peace and mindfulness in their lives. 
 
Sessions are geared towards kids ages: 6-9

Offered in Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and Lakewood 

ROOT TO RISE: Empowering Girls through Yoga and Art

We invite girls ages 11-16 to join us for a very special class where we will discover possibilities and power within ourselves through yoga, meditation, mindfulness. Each day we will take time for reflection through discussion. We will explore yoga poses and breathing practices that can help us calm down or energize us. During our time together we will also work on mindfulness strategies that the girls can utilize not only on their yoga mats but that they can incorporate into their lives off the mat. We will explore what it means to develop strong roots so that we can rise up taller and stronger. This class is designed to create a safe, nurturing, inclusive space providing tools that allow girls to grow, thrive, and become the best, most confident version of themselves.
